Rates
Rates are seasonal and are conveniently based on the number of persons rather than the number of bedrooms. Rates are per-night.
A 50% deposit is required for confirmed reservations. The cancellation policy is 60 days advanced notice during the Summer and 90 days advanced notice during the Winter. Seven Nights (7) minimum stay during the Winter season.
If cancellation or changes are received prior to ninety days of your reservation in Winter or sixty days in Summer, there is no penalty, and the deposit, less 4% service fee, will be refunded. If cancellation or changes are received within the penalty period, the deposit is forfeited.
